Once riders have mastered the skills taught in the intermediate lessons, they will be invited to join one of Foxfield's advanced lessons. In advanced classes, riders work on basic and intermediate dressage movements, jumping exercises and courses, both in the arena and in the hunt field. Like lower-level lessons, some of Foxfield's advanced lessons are more advanced than others, so, admission to any advanced lesson is by invitation only.

Advanced lessons are held in the main arena, and are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays at 7:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm and 1:15 pm.

To reserve a spot in a lesson and/or request a school horse, riders should call (805) 495-5515 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays.
